Revio Upgrade is the easiest way to enjoy the devices you love for one low monthly price on a 24 month plan, with insurance included. Upgrade to a new device every year, extend and pay 50% less, or cancel anytime.
How do I join Revio Upgrade?
Select the device you want and complete your application online or at any Revio partner store. It takes minutes.
What do I need to apply?
A valid Qatar ID, an accepted credit or debit card, and a few minutes.
Which devices can I get with Revio Upgrade?
The latest iPhones are available now, with Samsung Galaxy, iPad, and MacBook joining soon.
Can I subscribe to a preloved device?
Yes. Revio Upgrade works on certified preloved devices too, at a lower monthly price with the same insurance and upgrade options. It’s the most affordable and most sustainable way to join.
Is insurance included?
Yes. Every Revio Upgrade device is fully insured for the entire length of your subscription. Accidents and damage are covered, so you never have to worry.
How does the yearly upgrade work?
Every year, you can swap your device for the latest model and keep paying the same monthly price. We’ll let you know when your upgrade window opens.
What if I want to keep my device longer?
Extend for another year and pay 50% less each month. If you’d like to own it outright, you can pay the purchase option and keep it forever.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Return your device in good working condition at any partner store and your plan closes.
What happens to my device when I return it?
It’s securely wiped, then refurbished and kept in circulation. Nothing ends up forgotten in a drawer or in a landfill.
